Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a business listing to Classimall, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit a listing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to publish a business listing on Classimall. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Listing Content
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your business listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information. Listings must not include any content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Compliance: Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Editing Rights: Classimall reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
By submitting a listing, you grant Classimall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content of your listing for the purpose of operating and promoting the Classimall platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and grant the above license for all content submitted in your listing.
Prohibited Activities
Listings must not promote illegal activities, products, or services.
Listings must not contain any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
You must not use automated means (such as bots) to submit or manipulate listings.

Image Reordering: Organize your listing images.
Category-Based Featured Ads: Highlight your listing within its category.
Ad Expiry: Set expiration dates for your listings.

Mode of Communication: Choose your preferred communication method.

Seller Rating: Build trust with ratings and reviews.
Location-Based Search: Search for listings by location.

Category-Based Search: Search within specific categories (up to 4 levels).
Clean Code: Ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
Complete User Dashboard: Manage your listings and account with ease.
Login and Register: Securely log in and register.
Social Media Login and Register: Use social media accounts for quick login and registration.
Fees and Payments
Some features of Classimall, such as premium ad packages and ad promotions, require payment. By opting for these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or functionality of Classimall.
Termination
Classimall reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and remove your listings at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Classimall customer support. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees.
Limitation of Liability
Classimall is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the submission, publication, or use of your business listing.
Classimall does not guarantee any specific results from the publication of your listing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classimall, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your listing or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
Classimall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Classimall following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
